AuraOS is a social media management platform that enables users to connect their social media accounts, upload content, and publish posts across multiple platforms including YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram from a single dashboard.
You must connect at least one social media account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You retain all rights to the content you upload and publish through AuraOS. By using the Service, you grant AuraOS a limited license to store and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you publish and must comply with the terms of service of each connected social media platform.
You agree not to use AuraOS to publish content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. You may not use the Service to spam, violate platform policies, or engage in any automated abuse of third-party platforms.
AuraOS integrates with third-party social media platforms. Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service. AuraOS is not responsible for any actions taken by these platforms, including account suspension or content removal.
AuraOS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AuraOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
